I'm obsessed with beer -- and generally speaking, I don't
mean Bud, MGD, Heineken, or Coors -- from the smoothest lager
to the hoppiest ale to the sourest lambic. When made with
ingredients of quality and allowed to take on the wide range
of flavors the fermentation process provides, there's no beverage
on earth that can rival beer for its diverse variety of characteristics.
And it's just about the cheapest hobby one could possibly
imagine.
I've created a database of many of the beers I've had over the past
few years. (As of 2007, I've also created a wine database.) You may search the database using the form below, or
